Can I set the interactive field as my live wallpaper?+
Not as a true real-time wallpaper — iOS doesn't let apps drive the home or lock screen live. Instead, export a still or a 3-second Live Photo from any field and set that through Settings → Wallpaper. The fully interactive version stays inside the app, one tap away.
How do I export a wallpaper?+
Tap the small mark in the corner of the canvas. A quiet panel offers three choices: save a still image, capture a 3-second Live Photo, or save straight to your album. Then open the Photos app and set it as your wallpaper as usual.
How do I restore my purchase?+
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchase. Flux checks your App Store account and re-unlocks everything you've bought. Since it's a one-time unlock, this works on any device signed into the same Apple ID.
I want a refund.+
Refunds are handled by Apple directly — we don't process payments ourselves. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find Flux in your purchase history, and request a refund there.
The field stutters or feels slow.+
Flux renders in real time on the GPU. If it stutters, try closing other heavy apps, and make sure Low Power Mode is off (it throttles the GPU). On older devices the field automatically reduces detail to stay smooth. If it's still rough, email us your iPhone model and iOS version.
My exported Live Photo doesn't move on the lock screen.+
iOS only animates Live Photo wallpapers on the lock screen, and only when you press and hold it — not on the home screen. Also check that the wallpaper's Live toggle is enabled in Settings → Wallpaper. If the toggle is missing, the photo may have saved as a still; re-export using the Live Photo option.
Will it drain my battery?+
Only while the app is open and visible. Flux caps rendering at 60fps and stops completely the instant it goes to the background. It does zero work when you're not looking at it, and exported wallpapers are just images — they cost nothing extra.
How do I delete my data?+
Uninstall the app — your settings and selected field are removed with it. Wallpapers you exported live in your own Photos library; delete them there if you'd like. We store nothing on any server, so there's nothing on our end to delete.
Will you add more fields?+
Yes — and new fields are free for everyone who owns the app. Email us the kind of light or motion you'd like to see; suggestions genuinely shape what gets built next.
What devices are supported?+
iPhone running iOS 17 and above. The shaders are built on Metal, so any iPhone from the last several years runs them smoothly.
